105 CMR, § 430.703 - Service of Orders
Every order authorized by 105 CMR 430.000 shall be in writing. Orders issued under the provisions of 105 CMR 430.700 and 430.701 shall be served on the operator or his or her authorized agent:
(A) personally, by any person authorized to
serve civil process, or
(B) by
leaving a copy of the order at his or her last and usual place of abode, by any
person authorized to serve civil process, or
(C) by sending him or her a copy of the order
by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, if they are within
the Commonwealth, or
(D) if his or
her last and usual place of abode is unknown or outside the Commonwealth, by
posting a copy of the order in a conspicuous place on or about the building or
portion thereof affected.
