105 CMR, § 450.115 - Shared Toilet and Handwashing Facilities
Each facility shall have at least one working toilet and one working handwashing sink with hot and cold running water for every six male residents and for every six female residents. Urinals may constitute up to one third of the number of male toilets required, but every bathroom shall contain at least one full toilet.
