105 CMR, § 450.131 - Maintenance of Plumbing and Gasfitting
All plumbing and gasfitting shall be maintained in good repair and free from leaks. All plumbing and gasfitting shall conform to the State Plumbing Code at 248 CMR 2.00et seq.
