105 CMR, § 450.310 - Recreational Opportunities
Each resident shall be afforded a variety of opportunities for recreation and exercise sufficient for personal enjoyment and physical exercise outside of his bedroom. Outdoor exercise and recreation shall be provided when weather permits.
