105 CMR, § 450.320 - Bedroom Size
A single occupancy bedroom shall contain at least 70 square feet of floor space. A multiple occupancy bedroom shall contain at least 50 square feet of floor space for each occupant. Measurements shall be calculated on the basis of total habitable room area, which does not include areas where floor-to-ceiling height is less than eight feet.
