105 CMR, § 450.370 - Garbage Storage
Garbage or mixed garbage and rubbish shall be stored in a sanitary manner in watertight easily cleanable receptacles of metal or other durable non-absorbent material. The receptacles shall have tight-fitting covers and be inaccessible to insects and rodents.
