105 CMR, § 450.380 - Access to Exits
Each resident and employee shall have immediate access to at least two exit passages in the event of fire or other emergency. Access to common exits or passageways shall not be obstructed by any material or equipment not necessary for security purposes. (See 780 CMR: The State Building Code.)
