105 CMR, § 675.022 - Penalties
(A) Any person who violates any provision of
105 CMR 675.000 shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $100 for the
first offense and not more than $500 for a subsequent offense unless a
different penalty is set by statute.
(B) Any person who fails to comply with any
order issued pursuant to 105 CMR 675.000 or who interferes with the board,
Bureau, or either of its authorized agents in the conduct of an inspection,
shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $100 for the first offense and
not more than $500 for a subsequent offense. Each day's failure to comply with
an order shall constitute a separate offense.
