105 CMR, § 803.010 - Purpose
The purpose of 105 CMR 803.000 is to clarify professional standards and requirements for obtaining a certificate as a Certified Health Officer, and other provisions of M.G.L. c. 111, § 27F related to certification of Health Officers within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
