105 CMR, § 803.230 - Certification by Reciprocity
The Department may issue a certificate without examination and by reciprocity to any Health Officer who holds a current license, certification, or registration issued by another state or jurisdiction, provided that:
(1) The requirements
for that license, certification, or registration are, as determined by the
Department, at least equivalent to those of 105 CMR 803.000; and
(2) The applicant's license, certification,
or registration in any other jurisdiction has not been revoked, suspended, or
otherwise encumbered as a result of formal disciplinary proceedings instituted
by the government agency responsible for licensure, certification, or
registration of Health Officers in that jurisdiction.
