106 CMR, § 360.600 - Quality Control

The Department maintains a quality control system to monitor the administration of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and ensure that determinations of eligibility and benefit level are made in accordance with policy. The Department must take corrective action to reduce the incidence of errors which are found and documented by Quality Control. Any household that refuses to cooperate (as defined in 106 CMR 361.400: Household Refusal to Cooperate) in furnishing information for Quality Control purposes shall be determined ineligible for SNAP. Once denied or terminated, the household shall remain ineligible until it does cooperate and all other eligiblity requirements are met.
