106 CMR, § 702.105 - Case Management Requirements for the TAFDC Program

The Department shall provide a written or verbal summary of the regulations and requirements for the TAFDC program. This summary shall include, but is not limited to, information about:

(1) time limits for assistance;

(2) fraud penalties;

(3) school attendance requirements;

(4) immunization requirements; and

(5) protective payments for rent or utilities.
