106 CMR, § 703.524 - TAFDC Assistance Pending Determination of Good Cause
Assistance will not be denied or discontinued, pending a determination of good cause, if the grantee, or a teen parent who is not the grantee, has provided evidence of at least one of the circumstances listed in 106 CMR 703.521 or 106 CMR 703.522, or made a credible claim that indicates futher investigation is necessary to determine the existence of such good cause.
