115 CMR, § 14.04 - Enrollment in SDS
(1) SDS under 115 CMR 14.00 are available to:
(a) individuals who are eligible for adult services through the Department; and
(b) individuals who may be safely served as periodically determined by the Department and consistent with 115 CMR 6.20(2): Introduction to Individual Planning. The Department shall consider the safety of the participant as well as the safety of others.
