201 CMR 19.17 - Miscellaneous Provisions
(1)
All correspondence by parties to OCABR should be directed to the attention of
the Customized Wheelchair Arbitration Program Coordinator.
(2) Situations not covered in 201 CMR 19.00
shall be handled by OCABR or the arbitrator in an equitable and efficient
manner.
(3) OCABR may issue
advisory opinions regarding issues arising in the arbitration
program.
(4) Upon a finding of
extraordinary circumstances, OCABR may, in its sole discretion, waive any of
201 CMR 19.00, if such waiver would be in the public interest, and serve to
carry out the purpose or intent of the Customized Wheelchair Arbitration
Program.
