205 CMR 102.07 - Legal Challenges
No person or local governmental entity may challenge or seek to enjoin commission action based solely on a claim that an applicant failed to adhere to one or more provisions of205 CMR 102.00 through 128.00 or that the commission did not require the applicant to do so; provided further that no person or local governmental entity may challenge any action taken by any party before the promulgation of 205 CMR 118.00 through 131.00 based on a failure to comply with a provision of 205 CMR 118.00 through 131.00 so long as such action complied with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 23K.
