205 CMR 137.04 - Instructors
All course instructors shall be approved by the approving entity referenced in 205 CMR 137.01(3)(e). In order to be approved, an instructor must demonstrate at least five years of fulltime or equivalent part-time practical experience in the area they seek to instruct in addition to other requirements imposed by the approving entity.
