209 CMR, § 18.11 - Annual Reports

Annually, on a date determined by the Commissioner, each licensee or registered third party loan servicer shall file an annual report with the Commissioner in such form as the Commissioner shall prescribe for the preceding year. The annual report shall be in writing, subscribed by the licensee or registered third party loan servicer under the pains and penalties of perjury.
