245 CMR, § 2.01 - Purpose
245 CMR governs the licensure and practice of Nursing Home Administrators in Massachusetts by establishing the eligibility and licensure requirements and by establishing the standards of conduct for the practice of Nursing Home Administrators in the Commonwealth.
