266 CMR, § 11.03 - Verification of Insurance
An officer of an LLC or a partner of an LLP may be required to provide verification of compliance with 266 CMR 11.03 to the Board when he or she seeks initial licensure, renewal of a license or at any other time as requested by the Board.
