310 CMR, § 22.12 - Consecutive Public Water Systems
(1) When a
public water system supplies water to one or more other consecutive public
water systems, the Department may, based on a written request by the
consecutive system, modify the monitoring requirements in 310 CMR 22.00
otherwise applicable to the consecutive system based on the extent that the
interconnection of the system justifies treating them as a single system for
monitoring purposes. Any modified monitoring shall be conducted pursuant to a
written schedule approved by the Department.
