310 CMR, § 40.1221 - Calculation of Indirect Rate
(1) The Indirect
Rate shall be recalculated in conformance with and on the same schedule as that
utilized by 310 CMR 4.00: Timely Action Schedule and Fee
Provisions.
(2) Commencing
October 1, 1993, and continuing until the Indirect Rate is changed pursuant to
310 CMR 40.1221(1), the Indirect Rate shall be $27.31 per Direct
Hour.
