314 CMR, § 8.05 - Standards for Wastewater Treatment Units Permitted under 314 CMR 3.00

(1) Applicability. These standards apply to owners and operators of wastewater treatment units permitted under 314 CMR 3.00: Surface Water Discharge Permit Program.
(2) Management and Technical Standards. The owner and operator of any facility subject to 314 CMR 8.05 shall comply with the provisions of 310 CMR 30.605(2) through (6).
(3) Operation and Maintenance Manual. The owner and operator of any facility subject to 314 CMR 8.05 shall prepare and submit to the Department by April 16,1984, an operation and maintenance manual meeting the requirements of 314 CMR 12.04(1).
