322 CMR, § 6.25 - Lobster Landing Window
(1)
Definition.
To Land means to transfer the catch of any lobster from any vessel onto any land or dock, pier, wharf, or other artificial structure.
(2)
It is unlawful during the period February 1st
through April 30th, for commercial fishermen to land
from 8:00 P.M. through 6:00 A.M. any lobsters caught with nets, pots, or any
other fishing gear capable of catching lobster.
