502 CMR 5.01 - Scope and Purpose
502 CMR 5.00 is adopted by the State Fire Marshal pursuant to M.G.L. c. 148, ยง 37 to provide uniform requirements and procedures for the construction, maintenance and use of aboveground storage tanks and related permit, inspection and record keeping requirements.
