528 CMR, § 2.01 - Purpose and Scope
(1) 528 CMR 2.00 is
promulgated pursuant to M.G.L. c. 146, § 82, for the examining and
licensing of fire sprinkler contractors, pipefitters, refrigeration technicians
and sprinkler fitters.
