651 CMR 1.00 is supplementary to the Standard Adjudicatory Rules of Practice and Procedure,801 CMR 1.01, 1.02, 1.03, and in particular to the Informal Rules, 801 CMR 1.02, and the Miscellaneous Rules, 801 CMR 1.03.
