651 CMR, § 1.05 - Time
Notice of actions and other communications from Elder Affairs or ASAP shall be deemed received on the day of hand-delivery, or if mailed three days after deposit in the U.S. mail, except as otherwise provided in Elder Affairs' regulations pursuant to Federal regulations.
