740 CMR 22.04 - Aerodrome Motor Vehicle Operator's Permits at an Airport

(1)
Permitting Operators to
Operate Motor Vehicles on the Aerodrome.
(a) No person shall operate a motor vehicle
on the Aerodrome of an Airport without a valid vehicle operation permit issued
by the Authority.
(b) The foregoing
740 CMR 22.04(1)(a) shall not apply to a person undergoing training by an
authorized licensed aerodrome motor vehicle operator for obtaining an aerodrome
permit.
(2)
Carrying and Displaying Permit.
(a) Any person operating a motor vehicle on
the Aerodrome of an Airport must carry on his or her person or have in his or
her immediate possession his or her valid aerodrome permit.
(b) This permit shall be displayed upon
request of the Executive Director, his or her designee, or any Airport Police
officer.
(3)
Revocation or Suspension of Permit. The Executive
Director or his or her designated representative may revoke or suspend an
aerodrome permit for any violation of
740 CMR 22.00.
