803 CMR, § 2.26 - Inaccurate CORI
(1) An individual
may file a complaint with DCJIS regarding inaccurate information on his or her
CORI using the process established by DCJIS.
(2) DCJIS does not have authority to amend
any records of the Trial Court. In responding to a complaint of inaccurate
CORI, DCJIS may refer the complaining subject to the appropriate agency with
authority to remedy the complaint.
