935 CMR, § 500.300 - Complaints Process
(1) In a time
and manner determined by the Commission, a dedicated telephone number, email
address or other means shall be provided for members of the public or Consumers
to notify the Commission of complaints regarding Marijuana Establishments,
Marijuana Establishment Agents, or Host Communities.
(2) The Commission may, at its discretion,
investigate or decline to investigate any complaint or refer a complaint to
another law enforcement or regulatory authority
