935 CMR, § 501.300 - Complaints Process
(1) In a time
and manner determined by the Commission, a dedicated telephone number, email
address or other means shall be provided for members of the public or
Qualifying Patients to notify the Commission of complaints regarding MTCs, MTC
Agents or Host Communities.
(2) The
Commission may, at its discretion, investigate or decline to investigate any
complaint or refer a complaint to another law enforcement or regulatory
authority.
