946 CMR, § 7.16 - Severability
The provisions of 946 CMR 7.00 shall be deemed to be severable, and if any of it's provisions shall be held unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, the decision of such court shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions.
