950 CMR, § 112.08 - Filing of Certificates
Documents submitted to the Division need not be accompanied by a photo copy or duplicate original. If a photocopy or duplicate original is submitted, the Division will return the filed duplicate original or photocopy by mail to the filer only if the filer has provided a self -addressed postage pre-paid return envelope.
If the Secretary finds that the document submitted to him complies with law, he shall endorse on the document the word "filed" and the day, month, year and time of filing. A copy of all filed documents may be obtained from the Division's website.
