950 CMR, § 130.07 - Substitute Addresses Designated by the Address Confidentiality Program
(1) The Address Confidentiality Program has
designated a substitute address to be used as a Participant's legal mailing and
residential address .
(2) The
Address Confidentiality Program in consultation with the Registry of Motor
Vehicles has designated a specific street address solely for use on motor
vehicle operator licenses, registrations, for vehicle insurance and for excise
tax purposes. Program Participants must use the designated street address on
all such matters.
