950 CMR, § 131.06 - Substitute Addresses Designated by the Address Confidentiality Program
(1) The Address Confidentiality Program has
designated a substitute address to be used as a Health Care Program
Participant's legal mailing and residential address.
(2) The Address Confidentiality Program, in
consultation with the Registry of Motor Vehicles, has designated a specific
street address solely for use on motor vehicle operator licenses, registrations
and for vehicle insurance and excise tax purposes. Health Care Program
Participants must use the designated street address on all such
matters.
