961 CMR, § 2.50 - Sales of Lottery Tickets to Minors - Penalties
The Director may impose the following penalties for sales agents who sell Lottery tickets to individuals younger than 18 years old.
(1)
First
Offense. The sales agents ability to sell tickets for one or more
of the games may be suspended for up to two business days in accordance with
the provisions of 96l CMR 2.13 pending a hearing pursuant to 96l CMR
2.18.
(2)
Second
Offense. The sales agents ability to sell tickets for one or more
of the games may be suspended for up to five business days in accordance with
the provisions of 96l CMR 2.13 pending a hearing pursuant to 96l CMR
2.18.
(3)
Third
Offense. The sales agents ability to sell tickets for all games
may be suspended or revoked in accordance with the provisions of 96l CMR 2.13
pending a hearing pursuant to 96l CMR 2.18.
