950 CMR, 950 CMR 65.00 - Classification Of Goods And Services
The International Classification of Goods and Services to which Trademarks are applied as established by the Nice Agreement of 1957 is hereby adopted by the Trademark Division to be used in the determination of classes of goods and services for the convenience of the administration of M.G.L. c. 110B.
