Subpart 1. Additional authorized activities.

A licensed cannabis wholesaler under Minnesota Statutes, section 342.33, may purchase lower-potency hemp edibles from a lower-potency hemp edible manufacturer.

Subp. 2. Imported hemp-derived consumer products.

A cannabis wholesaler that imports a hemp-derived consumer product from outside the state of Minnesota must record the following information in the statewide monitoring system before distributing, selling, or transferring imported hemp-derived consumer products:

A. the manufacturer's name, address, and contact information;
B. finished product-testing results showing that contaminant levels in the following categories do not exceed the acceptance criteria established by the office:
(1) foreign material;
(2) heavy metals;
(3) microbiological contaminants;
(4) mycotoxins;
(5) pesticide residue; and
(6) residual solvents; and
C. finished product-testing results demonstrating that the finished product was tested for all contaminants in item B unless the cannabis wholesaler demonstrates that:
(1) the cannabis or hemp-derived ingredient used was previously tested and shown to meet the office's acceptance criteria; and
(2) the manufacturer used a production process that complied with this chapter and Minnesota Statutes, chapter 342.
