15 Miss. Code. R. 16-1-40.66.2
The written dental health care plan shall describe the following:
1. Mechanisms for evaluating
each patient's need for dental treatment;
2. Provisions for emergency dental
services;
3. Policies on oral
hygiene and preventive dentistry;
4. Provisions for coordinating dental
services with other services provided by the facility; and
5. A mechanism for the referral of patients
for services not provided by the facility.
