37 Miss. Code. R. § 1-7501-04013-311
The applicant shall construct all facilities to the applicable State and Federal laws, rules, regulations and standards, and shall indemnify and hold the Mississippi Transportation Commission and the Mississippi Department of Transportation harmless for any and all liability resulting from injury to all members of the public which is proximity caused by said facilities.
