37 Miss. Code. R. § 1-7501-09002-343 - Tri-Vision Billboard
A single face, back-to-back, or "V" type advertising structure thathas rotating panels on which more than one advertising message may be contained. It is the intent to include within this definition those signs which conform to the industry definition of Tri-Vision Billboard and no other Billboards.
