Miss. Code. tit. 30, pt. 1001, ch. 10 - Expired Licenses

1. Any license not renewed before the expiration date of December 31 of odd numbered years, shall be invalid and the person practicing forestry with an invalid license shall be in violation of the Forester's Registration Law of 1977. After sixty (60) days, any delinquent license shall be revoked for non-renewal. It may be reinstated anytime within the next two (2) years, but only by a hearing before the Board. If the Board deems a renewal is justified, they may reinstate the license. Fees due and CFE credit will be required. If the request for renewal is denied or if the license has been expired for more than two (2) years, the person making the requests will be required to reapply as a new applicant, pay a registration fee and pass an examination.
2. Upon approval of the renewal application by the Board, the licensee will be mailed a current identification card.
