INTRODUCTION. It is hereby ordered that the Sanitary Regulations Governing Barbering, Barber shops, Barber Colleges and Beauty Parlors, adopted by the Mississippi State Board of Health on July 15, 1930, amended May 13, 1931, and August 13, 1934 be repealed and the following regulations be adopted. (Chapter 5 of Part 14, Subpart 70 (page 10).
