11 CSR 30-8.030 - Notification and Filing Procedure
PURPOSE: This rule establishes the procedure for applying for assistance from the Local Government/School District Partnership Program.
(1) The actual
amount and availability of funds for the Local Government/School District
Partnership Program will depend upon the appropriations provided by the general
assembly for each fiscal year and upon the amount of monies collected and
deposited into the Missouri Crime Prevention Information and Programming Fund
established under section
589.307,
RSMo.
(2) The Department of Public
Safety may follow the procedures established by the department for the other
state and federal funding programs administered by the department in regard to
the filing of applications by public agencies. However, the department may
elect to follow the procedures in Chapter 34, RSMo for filing applications for
assistance by public agencies.
