11 CSR 70-2.110 - Domestic Wine
PURPOSE: This rule establishes rules for domestic wine producers licensed under section 311.190, RSMo.
(1) All domestic wine
sold must be in an original package of not less than one hundred (100)
milliliters (3.4 ounces) nor more than fifteen and one-half (15.5)
gallons.
(2) No person licensed to
manufacture and sell domestic wine may use or permit other persons to use any
concentrate in production.
(3) All
premises used for the manufacture and sale of domestic wine shall be separate
and apart from any residence.
(4)
All domestic wine in the process of fermentation shall be kept on the premises
covered by the license.
