19 CSR 30-11.100 - Right of Entry to mammography Suppliers for Enforcement
PURPOSE: This rule authorizes the right of entry by
agents of the
(1) Agents of the Department of Health
charged with the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter shall have the
right of entry and free access during normal business hours to any building or
structure for the purposes of inspection, evaluation and examination of records
and equipment.
