Superintendent of insurance has the duty to approve or disapprove life insurance contracts and forms and no contract or form may be used in Missouri without the approval of the superintendent. Op. Atty. Gen. No. 385, Manford, (10-1767). Insurance upon the lives of installment credit accountholders must be made pursuant to section 408.250, RSMo 1965. Companies issuing such insurance must be authorized to do business in Missouri.
