Mont. Admin. R. 10.7.109 - BUS TRANSPORTATION REIMBURSEMENT-SCHOOL DISTRICT APPLICATION TR-1 FOR REGISTRATION OF SCHOOL BUSES AND STATE REIMBURSEMENT

(1) The form used for this application, designated form TR-1, must be completed by the board of trustees for each approved bus route in the district.
(a) The trustees shall send one copy of a TR-1 for each route to the county superintendent by November 1 and must submit the information for each route electronically to the Superintendent of Public Instruction.
(2) County and state approval of the electronic TR-1 is a prerequisite to reimbursement.
