Mont. Admin. R. 20.27.241 - INJURIES INCURRED IN A FACILITY INCIDENT
(1) The facility must have written policy,
procedure and practice to provide that all persons involved in an incident
where chemical agents are used must receive immediate medical examination and
treatment.
